Sessions begin with a brief body scan to establish an accurate connection while I take detailed notes. From there, I provide insights and intuitive guidance addressing your pre-session form and additional insights. After the reading, you’ll receive session notes and a GIFT of additional resources by email for insight and ongoing support.
